Experience the versatility and sheer thrill of learning to ride a hovercraft during an intensive one-on-one session with an expert instructor in Bedfordshire. Begin with a safety briefing before getting to grips with the controls and, under the supervision of the instructor, learn to fly on land, mastering the basics of hovercraft flight. When comfortable, move on to the 20 acre deep lake and learn to glide effortlessly at speeds of up to 40 mph, going sideways! All hovercraft time is just you and the instructor, meaning maximum personal time at the controls. At the end of this unforgettable session, receive a personalised certificate to take home as a memento.
Runs on Saturdays, Sundays and occasional weekdays from March – November.
Only high winds, thunderstorms or flooding prevent the experience from running. If in any doubt, please call the venue before setting off.
