The phenomenally popular Rocket League game has surpassed 10.5 million sales with no sequel in mind, says Psyonix’s vice president Jeremy Dunham.

The extremely addictive and successful game that tests both your driving and projection skills has many DLC’s and a couple of new game modes since it was released in mid-2015. The new mode, ‘Drop Shot’, is Rocket League meets volleyball and it looks as addictive as its original game mode.

Asked about the possibility of a sequel, Dunham stated that the goal of the game is to make it better so that you don’t lose people who are already playing. He previously stated that the number of Rocket League registered accounts almost hit 29 million players but this included people who didn’t even own the game through using split screen and PlayStation Plus purchasers.

Would you like to see a Rocket League 2, or just new modes added to the existing game?
