Gaming accessory manufacturer AMDISI has successfully reached, and doubled, its Kickstarter goal in just two days. The project was after $10,000 in funding, and it currently sits at $27,613.
The Kickstarter was for the PELDA Pro, a Nintendo Switch case with HDMI that extends battery life by up to 4.5 hours, and allows you to connect it to the TV without the need for the dock. They also have the simpler PELDA version, which can add up to 6 hours of battery, but that loses the HDMI option. Each of the cases have two slots that hold extra games, along with two USB slots for charging and a kickstand.
There is also a third accessory, the PELDA Dock, which acts in the same fashion as the official Nintendo Dock, but without taking up as much space. The simplistic style removes the front and back, making the stand a lot smaller, similar to what you see with mobile phone docks.
Current Pledges give quite a big saving against the expected retail launch price; the PELDA sits at $45 against a retail of $89, the PEDLA Pro at $95 compared to $139, and the PELDA Dock at $69 compared to $89. AMDISI is planning on shipping the products out in January 2018
